These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cognitive Cogs website at cognitivecogs.com (the “Site”), operated by Cognitive Cogs (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or CAD $100 if no such payment was made.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
